CHANDLER

Fernor walnut sapling,  It is produced by crossing Franguette and Lara and is the second most preferred walnut variety in our country and all over the world in recent years. The biggest reason why it is preferred is that it can be planted at high altitudes and can withstand cold climatic conditions. Fernor, also known as cold climate walnut, can be planted up to 2000 altitude. Withstands late spring and early autumn frosts. Another feature of Fernor walnut sapling is that it wakes up late and is harvested early. Even frost events that occur in winter and reach -25 degrees do not affect fernor walnut trees badly.
